D. D. Bhoyar college of Arts and Science Mouda, is run by Ujjwal Bahu-Uddeshiya sanstha Nagpur. The college is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, and approved under section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission, New Delhi.

Ujjwal Bahu-Uddeshiya sanstha, Nagpur is presided by Shree Rameshji Bhoyar and the secretary is Dr. Satishji Bhoyar. Sanstha has been established with the motto of promoting and making available higher education opportunities to the young talent of rural area.
